Will Therapy Make Me Feel Better?
THE PURPOSE OF THERAPY IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH PERSON: HEALING, PERSONAL GROWTH, OVERCOMING AN OBSTACLE, DEVELOPING HEALTHIER RELATIONSHIPS, AND SELF-ACTUALIZATION ARE BUT A FEW OF THE RESULTS ONE MIGHT EXPERIENCE. HOWEVER, WHEN WE VENTURE OUT INTO THE UNKNOWN, IT MAY NATURALLY FEEL FRIGHTENING—AND IT SOMETIMES GETS DARKER BEFORE THE DAWN.
